Delicious Beef Shawarma My Way

Slice the beef into thin strips.

Mix the yogurt, vinegar, spices, salt, and pomegranate molasses. Add the sliced beef and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

Heat a little olive oil in a pot. Add the beef and cook, stirring, until the liquid is absorbed and the beef is cooked through.

Slice the onions and bell peppers. Grill them until they soften.

Mix the grilled vegetables with the beef and combine well.
