Steps

Place all sauce ingredients in bottom of steamer including shrips skins and four onions and garlic

Place mussles and clams first then fish and shrip around the fish

Let cook on high for 15 minutes until fish is very soft

Chopped extra onion and garlic

Strain sauce into blender discard anything in strainer

Place back in pot on high

Mince up more garlic and onions place inside

In another bowl place water and cornstarch dilute

When diluted slowly pour into sauce while stirring reach prefered thickness

Serve with pasta
