For tomato chutney, boil all ingredients for 5 min and make a fine paste ni mixie.

Take pan with oil, put all Vaggies, soya sauce, salt and b.p.powder.

Cook until it become dry

Make a dough of maida.

Make thin size of small poories.

Stuff 1tsp Vaggies in one poori and roll like a star.

Steam all of them for 20 min.

Steamed momos are ready to serve with hot chatny.
