  • 1 cupRajgir ka aata
  • 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 1 tbspmilk
  • 1 tbspdry fruits chopped for garnishing
  • 2 tspcardamom powder

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix ghee and powdered sugar together

  2. 2

    Add rajgir ka atta and powdered cardamom

  3. 3

    Now mix it nicely using little milk

  4. 4

    Make medium size nankhatai

  5. 5

    Bake 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees

  6. 6

    Nankhatai is ready can be enjoyed during fast too
