  2. 5Egg Yolks
  3. 1Egg
  4. 2 tbspOlive Oil
  5. 1 tbspWater
  6. 1 pinchSalt

Cooking Instructions

    put the flour and salt into a food processor and blitz to mix together

  2. 2

    with the blades spinning, and the egg, then the egg yolks 1 at a time

  3. 3

    then add the olive oil, then the water

  4. 4

    bliyz for a few seconds until it comes together

  5. 5

    take it out the food processor and work it with your fingers to form it

  6. 6

    roll it into a ball, wrap it twice in clingfilm and set in fridge for at least 20 minutes before use
