  2. 2egg scrambled
  3. 1 tbsplemon juice
  4. 1 cupof bread crumbs
  5. 1half teaspoon salt
  6. 1pepper pinch
  7. 1 cupof vegetable oil
  8. 4potatoes sliced thin

    heat oil in large frying pan, add potatoes in batches

    drain on papertowel

  3. 3

    prepare fillets take large soup bowl. add scrambled egg s and lemon juice. blend together.

    take large dinner plate, add bread crumbs, salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    take fillets rinse and soak in egg mixture. take out and pat in breadcrumbs both sides.

    use same pan from potatoes and cook fillets about 4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

    take plate, put one fillet and some potatoes on the side. you can add a little tarter sauce on the side with a pickle.

    this is a quick and easy delicious recipe. my family loves it! enjoy!
