Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmoong daal,
  2. 1Onion
  3. ,4 Green chillies
  4. ,2 Tomatoes,
  5. to taste,salt,
  6. 1/2 tsp eachred chilli & Coriander powder
  7. 1/2 tspmustard,
  8. 1/2 tspcumin seeds,
  9. 2-3Garlic,
  10. 2 dry chillie
  11. 1 tspginger Garlic paste
  12. 1 small lemon size ball imli
  13. 1/2 small bunch Palak

Steps

  1. 1

    Take 1 cup or more of yellow moong dal,wash and soak for 10 min then cook it till little soft then put 1 chop onion 4 green chilles 2 tomato 1 tsp ginger garlic paste salt to taste cover and let it cook soft, then put 1/2 tsp each of red chille powder and coriander powder chop 1/2 small bunch palak,and little imli cook nicely thick.

    Heat little oil and ghee put 1/2 tsp each of rai jeera pinch hing 5 chop garlic brown it 2 dry red chilles and little chop palak and little turmeric and to dal. serve hot
