Take 1 cup or more of yellow moong dal,wash and soak for 10 min then cook it till little soft then put 1 chop onion 4 green chilles 2 tomato 1 tsp ginger garlic paste salt to taste cover and let it cook soft, then put 1/2 tsp each of red chille powder and coriander powder chop 1/2 small bunch palak,and little imli cook nicely thick.

Heat little oil and ghee put 1/2 tsp each of rai jeera pinch hing 5 chop garlic brown it 2 dry red chilles and little chop palak and little turmeric and to dal. serve hot
