Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1/2 cupbesan
  2. Salt as per taste
  3. Little bit -turmeric powder
  4. 1tsp Chilli paste
  5. 1/2cup butter milk
  6. 2tspoil
  7. 1/4 tsprai
  8. 1-2chillies- cut into long pieces(optional)

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take besan add butter milk to make batter

  2. 2

    Add this batter to salt, 1tsp oil, -turmeric, chilli paste(optional).

  3. 3

    Now cook this batter by continuously stirring till this batter become thick.

  4. 4

    Now instantly spread this thick batter to greased backside of tray/plate.

  5. 5

    By using knife cut into 1-1/2 inches pieces and roll and make khandvi shape

  6. 6

    In last tempering
    For tempering take little oil in pan add rai.when Rai stops cracking sound add chopped chillies(optional). Pour this to khandvi.

  7. 7

    Khandvi is ready to eat.
