Steps

Take besan add butter milk to make batter

Add this batter to salt, 1tsp oil, -turmeric, chilli paste(optional).

Now cook this batter by continuously stirring till this batter become thick.

Now instantly spread this thick batter to greased backside of tray/plate.

By using knife cut into 1-1/2 inches pieces and roll and make khandvi shape
- 6
In last tempering
For tempering take little oil in pan add rai.when Rai stops cracking sound add chopped chillies(optional). Pour this to khandvi. - 7
Khandvi is ready to eat.
