Steps

Take Soya soaked for few hours and grind in a blender. Not in to a paste though.

Take a pan add ghee, add in ginger garlic paste and onion saute till slight brown.

Chop all the veggies and keep aside. Add all of these in to the pan stir well add garam masala and salt.

Add in the soya and stir well. Cover to let it cook in steam. Eat like a side dish or as a salad.
