2 cupsself raising flour
1/2 cupunsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cupgranulated sugar
3eggs
1 cupmilk
1/2 cupcorn oil
1/8tspn baking soda
Whipping cream for decoration
1 cuphot instant coffee

Steps

In a mixing bowl, mix flour, baking soda, sugar and unsweetened cocoa powder till well corporates.

In another bowl, beat eggs, milk and corn oil thoroughly.

Now add both mixtures together till properly mixed.

Bake 180degress for 1 hour.In a jiko oven.

When ready let it cool.

Beat the whipping cream and decorate with chocolate shavings on top

Serve with tea.
