Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 500 gmutton kheema
  2. 100 gonions
  3. 100 gtomatoes
  4. 50 gginger garlic paste
  5. 2 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  7. as per tastesalt
  8. 1/2 tspdaniya powder
  9. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  10. 100 mloil
  11. 1 bunchhara daniya [cilantro]

    Wash kheema keep a side

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pressure cooker add onion fry it for 5 min add g g paste fry it for 2 min add haldi powder and tomatoes mix well cover and cook for 2 min now add kheema mix it well and fry it for 5 min now add rc powder, daniya powder and saltmix it well,add 200 ml water.

    Now cover the lid cook on medium flame for 2 whistles

  4. 4

    Wait for discharge pressure and open the lid add garam masala powder and hara daniya,

  5. 5

    Serve with chapathi.pulka,tanduri roti,bhagara rice and plain rice.
