1 cup mixed sprouts

Heat oil, add mustard seeds, jeera, onions, curry leaves,fry till onions are pink, add chopped tomatoes,slit green chilli &2-3 tbsp paste, sprinkle water &cook till it leaves oil.

Then add all seasoning... Turmeric, chilli p, salt.

Then add sprouts and adjust water according to gravy. Cover &let it cook for 15 min on medium flame. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve with chopped onions, lime,& pao/paratha.
