  • 1 cupsprout's (moong & math)
  • 2onions sliced
  • 2tomatoes
  • leavesCurry
  • Green chilli
  • Turmeric, red chilli p, salt, oil
  • Paste of ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, coriander seeds,a
  • piececoconut, jeera, shahi jeera, black pepper, cardamon, clove
  • & cinnamon

    1 cup mixed sprouts

    Heat oil, add mustard seeds, jeera, onions, curry leaves,fry till onions are pink, add chopped tomatoes,slit green chilli &2-3 tbsp paste, sprinkle water &cook till it leaves oil.

    Then add all seasoning... Turmeric, chilli p, salt.

    Then add sprouts and adjust water according to gravy. Cover &let it cook for 15 min on medium flame. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve with chopped onions, lime,& pao/paratha.
