Ingredients

  1. 1 cupGram Flour (Besan)
  2. 1/4 tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
  3. 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  4. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  6. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  7. 2 tbspgrated Paneer
  8. 2Onion Chopped
  9. 2Tomato Chopped
  10. 2 tbspchopped Capsicum
  11. 2green chilli chopped
  12. Coriander leaves chopped
  13. Water as requirements
  14. 2 table spoonOil for shallow fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients into a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add all veggies and other rest ingredients and mix well.

  3. 3

    Now add some water according to requirements for consistency of batter,,, batter should not be more thick... Make a smooth batter.

  4. 4

    Grease tawa and pour some
    batter and spread on tawa.

  5. 5

    Cook from both sides until it become golden brown. Cheela is ready.

  6. 6

    Make all cheelas like this.
    Serve with any sauce.
