Steps

Wash and soak mung daal for half an hour.

Prepare finely chopped cucumber,grated carrot and cucumber.

Drain moongdaal such that no water remains.

Now mix daal and other ingredients in a bowl.
- 5
Prepare oil for tempering.Add mustard seeds,curry leaves in hot oil.Pour this on salad before serving.

Sprinkle chaat masala and lime juice.Mix and serve.
