Ingredients

  • 500 GmsSpinach-
  • 200 GmsPaneer- (Cut the paneer 1'' square size)
  • 2 tablespoonRefined oil-
  • 1-2 pinchAsafoetida-
  • 1/2small spoon Cumin seed-
  • 2small spoon Kasuri methi-
  • 2-3Tomato-
  • 2-3Green Chilli-
  • 1 inchin length and 1'' width Ginger-
  • 2 tablespoonCream- (If you want)
  • Salt- (According to taste)
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala,
  • Coriander powder as requirements
  • Turmeric powder,
  • 1 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the spinach well.take 1/4cup water and vissel them 5to 6 min.after boiling rest them 5min.let it cool,then make a smooth paste in a mixer and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Grind the tomato, green chilli and ginger in the grinder finely

    Take oil in a pan add cumin seed when it cracker add the grind tomatoes ginger and chilli.
