  1. 180 gramsbutter at room temperature
  2. 2 cupsall-purpose flour
  3. 1 cuppowdered sugar
  4. 2 tablespoonsvanilla extract
  5. 1 teaspoonground cinnamon
  6. 1 cupfinely chopped pecans
  7. Powdered sugar for dusting

    Mix the flour with the cup of powdered sugar in a bowl. Set the mixture aside.

  2. 2

    Using a mixer or by hand, combine the butter and vanilla with the flour and powdered sugar mixture until you get a smooth dough.

    Add the cup of pecans to the dough. You can add more or less, depending on your preference.

    Butter a flat baking sheet and place small balls of cookie dough on it, ensuring there is a one-centimeter gap between each to prevent sticking.

    Bake for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).

  6. 6

    In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar for dusting with the teaspoon of cinnamon. Roll the slightly warm cookies in this mixture until they are completely covered.

    Wait for the cookies to cool completely and... enjoy them!

    Don't forget to preheat the oven a few minutes before putting in the cookies. If you have leftover prepared cookie dough, you can store it in the refrigerator for a few more days.
