Steps

Rinse & peel carrots. Grate the carrots manually or in food processor. Heat pure ghee in a kadhai, Put carrots and stir continuously. Cook the carrots till all the milk evaporates,

Then add Malai. Stir continuously. then add jaggery and mix it well. Stir and add half of the dry fruits.

Now add khoya, cardamom powder & jaiphal.

Cook for few mins more or until halwa leaves Ghee.

Transfer halwa in dish. Garnish with almonds. Or dry fruits. Serve hot gajar ka halwa.
