Grind the rice well in a food processor.

Add the ground beef, onions, garlic, parsley, and cilantro to the rice, and blend everything together.

Mix until it forms a dough-like mixture, then shape into small balls.

Heat the ghee in a pan until hot, then brown the meatballs on all sides until they turn brown.

Remove the meatballs from the pan. Add the tomato paste and a little water to the pan, season with salt and black pepper, and let it boil for a bit. Then add the meatballs to the sauce.

Let it simmer until the sauce thickens, then turn off the heat. Serve with white rice.
