Ingredients

15 piece
  1. For coating-
  2. 2 cupall purpose flour
  3. 1 pinchsweet soda
  4. 2 tbspHot oil
  5. As needed Warm water for kneading semi stiff dough
  6. 1 tbspCornflour
  7. as per tasteSalt-
  8. For filling-
  9. 1 1/2 cupgreen peas
  10. 1Green Chilli-
  11. 1/2 inchGinger-
  12. 1 tbspFennel seeds
  13. 1 tspHing-
  14. as per TasteSalt-
  15. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  16. 1 tspRed chilli powder-
  17. 1 tspGaram masala
  18. 1 tbspCoriander seeds
  19. 1 tspAamchur powder
  20. 1 pinchSugar-
  21. 1 spoonoil
  22. 1 cupoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all coating ingredients and make dough.

    Now cover dough with wet cloth and keep it aside for 1/2 hour.

  3. 3

    Now blend all filling ingredients-and make Fine paste.

  4. 4

    Now Cook it in one spoon oil till your pan starts leaving oil.

    Now divide dough and filling in 15 equal portions.

  6. 6

    Now fill filling in dough and roll mini Puri.

    Now fry it in medium hot oil in low flame till it tunrs to Golden in colour from both sides.

    Serve hot with fried green chillies.
