Carrots, beetroot & tomato soup
Steps

Rinse all vegetables. Cut all in pieces.

Add vegetables & 1/2 cup water in Pressure cooker. Cook it until 3-4 whistles on medium flame.

Once cooled. Grind in Mixer jar. Strain in big strainer.

Add 1 cup water. Boil it. Add salt & pepper. Stir well.

Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve.
