Ingredients

  1. 4 lbroasting chicken cut up
  2. 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  3. 1/4 cupbalsamic vinegar
  4. 1/4 cupred wine vinegar
  5. 2 tbspgranulated garlic
  6. 2 tbsponion powder
  7. 1 1/2 tbspitalian seasoning
  8. 1 tbsplemon pepper
  9. 1 tbspmontreal chicken seasoning
  10. 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  11. 1 cancream of celery soup
  12. 1/2 cupmilk
  13. 1/4 cupwater
  14. 1 tspgranulated garlic
  15. 1 tsponion powder
  16. 1 tspitalian seasoning
  17. 1/2 tsplemon pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 450°F.

  2. 2

    Mix together the oil and vinegars. Add the 1 teaspoons each of granulated garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon pepper; set aside.

    Mix together the rest of the seasonings and set aside.

  4. 4

    Clean and remove the skin from the chicken; cut up if needed.

  5. 5

    Rub the chicken all over with the seasoning mixture.

  6. 6

    Begin to coat the chicken, one piece at a time, with the oil, vinegars, and seasoning mixture.

    Add the chicken to a large aluminum foil lined roasting pan.

  8. 8

    Roast the chicken for 1 1/2 hours.

  9. 9

    Mix together the remaining ingredients in a bowl.

  10. 10

    After 1 1/2 hours, take the chicken out of the oven, remove some of the juices; cover the chicken with the soup mixture and return to the oven.

    Continue cooking for another half an hour.

  12. 12

    Remove from the oven and your all done!
