Take a cooker add oil and ghee to it

Then add some cumin seeds, asafetida and green chilli to it

Add onion and ginger garlic paste and chopped garlic paste to it and cook it for some time

Add all the vegetables to this

Sprinkle turmeric powder and salt to it and let the mixture for atleast 7 mins

Add soaked dal and water depending on thick you want the dal to be

Close the lid and let it cook for at least three whistles

Dal is now ready to eat just sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves to it before serving it
