Sardine and goat meat Nigerian stew

Steps

Wash tomatoes pepper, onions and blend.

In a large pot, boil the mixture for 5-10 minutes and sieve to drain water.

Season and cook with goat meat with onions, Maggi cubes, pepper, curry and salt to taste.

Wash the sardine fish. Season with salt and Maggi cubes and fry. DO NOT COOK, FRY ONLY.

In a pot, add vegetable oil, onions, tinned tomatoes, blended and already boiled and drained fresh tomatoes and fry.

Stir, so as not to burn mixture

Fry for 3-5 minutes or more for larger quantity

Add meat stock and meat to the fried tomatoes mixture and cook
- 9
Tip: place a wooden spatula on top of the pot, "handle to handle" to avoid the "bubbly" effect of the stew.

Add lasor chicken seasoning and salt for taste.

Add water to stew if too thick and if necessary, extra seasoning
- 12
Add fried fish after stew is cooked to prevent the fish from breaking.

Serve hot.
