Tomato soup is everyones favorite. I hv added Carrot and beetroots to make it more healthy.

Tomato soup is everyones favorite. I hv added Carrot and beetroots to make it more healthy.
Steps

In a pressure cooker heat butter add bayleaf.

Add chopped Onions and Garlic and saute for 2 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes, beetroot and Carrots. And mix well.

Add 1 Cup water.

Close the lid and pressure cook till 2 whistles.

Open the lid and let it cool completely.

Grind into a smooth puree.

Strain the puree.

In the same cooker or pan add puree and let it boil.

Add more water to adjust the consistency.

Add salt and pepper. Mix well.

Your Carrot tomatoes soup is ready. Serve with bread croutons and grated paneer.
