Maida suji maize flour mein saunf or ghee mix karein or gur wale pani se soft dough ready karein.

1 hour ke lie dough ko dhak ke rakh de.

Aate ki loe bnakr bele or usme folk se chad de.Lambai mein gur pare kate.

Oil garam karein or gur pare sim gas kar ke fry karein.

Yummy Tasty delicious gur pare ready to serve and eat.

Note......Gur pare ko shakkar para bhi khte hai.Ye wheat flour se bhi banayein jate hai.
