Ingredients

  • 1 bowlgreen peas
  • 1 bowlknead flour
  • as neededOil for moyan and frying
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbspajwain
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 pinchheeng

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind peas by adding Ginger garlic.keep aside.

    Heat oil in kadai add 1 tbsp oil heeng add grind peas saute till it dry add salt red chilli.make it cool.

    Take a flour roll and add the mixture.and roll again and deep fry it.

    Serve hot with sauce or green chutney.
