Steps

Dry Roast peanuts. Once cooled rub between your palms. Remove it's peels. Grind peanuts in Mixer.

Dry Roast til grind them in mixer.

Add 1 tsp ghee in Kadhai. Add khoya. Saute it until leaves Ghee. Add grated jaggery, grinded peanuts & til. Stir continuously until all separate Kadhai

Turn off gas. Grease plate or dish with ghee. Pour mixture. Spread & press with spatula.

Cut in desired pieces. Serve tasty & energy bars.
