Ingredients

  1. 3 tablespoonsground oats
  2. 1 cupfat-free milk
  3. Diet sugar
  4. 1very well-mashed banana
  5. For garnish:
  6. Cinnamon, strawberries, a few drops of carrot jam (as on the page)

Cooking Instructions
