Meatloaf...and some beers!

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 lbground beef
  2. 6 slicewhite bread
  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. 6 clovegarlic
  5. 1/2 cupwhite onion
  6. 2 tbspranch dressing
  7. 1/3 cupParmesan cheese
  8. 3 tbsphoney
  9. 1/2 tbspsoy sauce
  10. 1/2 tsplemon pepper
  11. 1/2 cupspinach
  12. 1/3 cupbrown sugar
  13. 1/4 cupbacon bits
  14. 1 1/2 cupketchup, separated
  15. 1eggs
  16. 1 tbspmustard

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400

  2. 2

    Soak 6 slices of bread in milk for several minutes or until soggy

  3. 3

    Mix together beef, onions, spinach, garlic, ranch, pepper, half cup ketchup, bacon bits, a few drops of soy sauce, half of the parmesean cheese, eggs and bread until completely blended

    Butter a loaf pan and press contents of the mixture into the pan

  5. 5

    To make the topping, mix together 1 cup of ketchup, 1 tbs honey, soy sauce, mustard, rest of parmesean cheese and and brown sugar

  6. 6

    Pour 1/3 of topping on meatloaf and place into the oven for 20 mintues

  7. 7

    Remove from oven and use the rest of the ketchup mixture on the top of the meatloaf and stick back into the oven for 15 minutes

  8. 8

    Enjoy with fries or as a sammich...and don't forget the beers!
