Gajar Ka Halwa
A typical Indian sweet .
Steps

Wash carrots and grate them.

In a pan add ghee and put all grated carrots and sauté for 2-4mins

Now add milk and let it cook on medium heat.

When the milk starts getting thicker along with carrots you can add condensed milk and sugar to it.Mix well.

Keep stirring until it thickens.Add cardamom powder and mix well.

Once the carrots have absorbed all the milk and had dried turn off the gas.

Add chopped nuts if you desire.Serve hot or cold.Halwa is ready to eat.
