  6. 1/3 teaspoonLal mirch powder -
  7. 1/3 teaspoonJeera powder -
  8. 1/3 tspHaldi powder -

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pahle hum aate ka dough taiyar Kar lengey.

  2. 2

    Ab ek karahi mein 1 teaspoon tel garam karengey, ismein hum matar ke Dane, haldi powder, Hari Kati huyi Mirchi, aur namak daal Kar achche se mila lengey aur isse low flame par pakne dengey.

  3. 3

    Jab matar ke Dane achchi tarah pak Jaye toh ismein hum dhaniya powder, Lal mirch powder aur jira powder daal dengey isse achchi tarah Mila lengey.

  4. 4

    Ab matar ke dano ko grinder mein grind Kar lengey.

  5. 5

    Atte ke balls batayengey ball ko hath see bich mein daba ka gol ghumate huye bowl ki tarah bana lengey.

  6. 6

    Ismein hum taiyar kiye huye matar ko fill karengey aur upar ki taraf let jate huye band karengey.

  7. 7

    Issi tarah sare balls bana lengey, iske baad hum halke hath se isse roti kitarah belan se bana lengey.

  8. 8

    Ab tawa garam karengey, roti ko iss par daal Kar tel daal Kar dono taraf se achchi tarah senk lengey aur matar ke parathe taiyar Hain.
