Methi, mutter & carrots pulav (in proper lunch thali)

Assemble all ingredients.

Pressure cook jeera rice.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add chopped onions & peas. Saute until translucent. Add carrots, spring onion, methi Leaves & green chillies. Saute all until all vegetables cooked. Add salt & coriander Leaves. Mix well.

Saute for 1 minute. Methi mutter & carrots pulav is ready to serve.

For pomegranate raita: whisk curd in a bowl. Add grated cucumber, pomegranate, salt, black pepper & 1 pinch sugar. Mix well.

For corn & pomegranate salad : add corn kernels, pomegranate, green chillies finely chopped, coriander leaves finely chopped, black salt, lemon juice in a bowl. Mix all. Corn salad is ready to serve.

Serve rajma, corn & pomegranate salad, methi, mutter & carrots pulav, roti and pomegranate raita. Enjoy healthy & nutritious lunch.
