Ingredients

  • 1 cupBasmati Rice
  • 1 3/4 cupWater
  • 3/4 tspSalt
  • 5 stickScallion (fresh mince)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a saucepan bring water to a boil.

  2. 2

    Add rice and salt. Reduce heat

  3. 3

    Let cook for 10-15 Min until rice is soften

  4. 4

    When rice is cooked, stir in scallion, cover and let stand for 5 minutes

  5. 5

    Serve with stir fried broccoli and salmon fish
