All you have to do is put it in the rice cooker and bring out the color. My friend gave me that advice.

Heat the saffron and add some hot water to make the color pretty.

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 250 mlBasmati rice
  2. 1 pinchSaffron
  3. 1Water

Cooking Instructions

    Put the basmati rice and water in a rice cooker and cook as usual.

  2. 2

    Heat the saffron in the microwave on low for 1 minute. Add 1 tablespoon of hot water to bring out the color.

  3. 3

    Mix the cooked rice well and pour the saffron liquid around the edges.

  4. 4

    Use a spoon to mix in one place to make saffron rice.

  5. 5

    When the yellow has become evenly distributed, mix the saffron rice into the white parts.

  6. 6

    Transfer to a plate and it's done. Pack into a bowl and flip over.

  7. 7

    It goes great with sautéed fish.

  8. 8

    Have it with some simmered meatballs and vegetables.
