1 packagescherry tomatoes, cut in half
1avocado, sliced thinly
150 gramscrispy bacon pieces
8baby bocconcini, cut in half
1/4 cuppine nuts, toasted
vinaigrette
1/2 cupextera virgin olive oil
1/4 cupwhite vinegar
1/2 tsporegano
1salt and pepper

place spinach on plate & scatter tomatoes, avocado, bacon & bocconcini over the top

combine vinaigrette ingredients in a jar, shake until well combined.

drizzle over salad & toss gently

scatter with toasted pine nuts & serve with warm bread
