  • 1bellpepper sliced
  • 1 dashsalt & pepper to taste
  • 3 sliceturkey bacon strips chopped
  • 3 tbspchopped onion
  • 1/2 cupchopped potatoes
  • 1/2 cupcubed squash
  • 1/2 cupmontery jack cheese

  1. 1

    saute all veggies in a greased pan on high ,once somewhat browned add scrambled eggs. & salt pepper. turn heat on low let simmer 3 min add cheese.
