2tubes crescent dinner rolls
1 lbshredded swiss cheese
1 1/4 lbchopped deli corned beef
114 oz. can sauerkraut rinsed and drained
2/3 cupthousand island dressing
1egg white beaten

unroll. 1 tube rolls

seal seams making one long rectangle

press onto greased 9x13 baking dish.

bake@ 375. 8_10 minutes

layer half the cheese, all of corned beef

combine sauerkraut and salad dressing

spread over beef

top with remaining cheese

roll 2Nd tube into 9x13 rectangle

place on top of cheese

brush on egg whites
12

bake 12-16 minutes
