1Grands biscuit can
1 lbsausage
1 lbchopped onion
8eggs
2/3 cuphalf and half
1to taste salt
1to taste pepper
1to taste poultry seasoning
2 cupshredded cheddar cheese

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Grease 9x13 casserole dish.

Pull apart biscuits and layer biscuits in dish.

Brown sausage and onion.

Layer on top of biscuits.

Sprinkle cheese on top of sausage.

Mix eggs, half and half, and seasonings.

Pour egg mixture of sausage and cheese.

Bake and check at 45 minutes.
