In a large bowl, combine meatloaf ingredients, (mix will be moist.)

Shape into a loaf and place in a slow cooker, cook on high for 1 hour.

Then scoop meat into loaf pan, bake in the oven for 1 hour at 350°F. (make sure internal temp is at least 160°F.) Just in case, place a pan underneath. Sometimes the juices overflow!

While meatloaf bakes, in a small bowl whisk together the sauce ingredients.

15 minutes before meatloaf is done, spoon sauce over, and let bake through.

Let stand before cutting 10 to 15 minutes. And enjoy, this recipe should come out super juicy.
