Steps

heat olive oil in 8qt pot to about med/low heat

place pork chops in a single layer on bottom of pot.

season the meat with the salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder

place lid on pot

let cook top of the meat has just turned white. then flip.

cover let slow cook for a bit longer. until meat is tender & about to fall off the bone. if you used thick pork chops it won't fall of the bone as easily.

when meat is tender pull apart into chunks. if you used thick pieces you'll need a knife.

put all meat & bones back in pot.

pour the beans into the pot.

add the el pato ans tomato sauce and stir

bring to boil..
