1 lbfresh green beans
1red bell pepper
1 tbsplemon juice
2 1/2 tbspextra virgin olive oil
1/2 tspDijon mustard
1 clovegarlic, minced
1 pinchsalt
1 pinchground pepper

preheat oven to 450°F

Toss beans a red bell pepper in a bowl with oil until well coated

Line baking sheet with tin foil

Spread on baking sheet, bake for 10 min

While beans are baking mix the remaining ingredients in the bowl
6

Remove beans from oven, return them to the bowl with remaining ingredients mixture, coat well
7

Return to baking sheet, bake additional 10 min
