Ingredients

  1. 500 gramspasta - spaghetti is nice
  2. 1 tbspoil
  3. 2bell peppers
  4. 2 clovegarlic
  5. 250 gramsbacon
  6. 500 mlhalf and half
  7. 150 gramscream cheese
  8. 1 tspdried basil
  9. 1/2 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Prep the ingredients, chop bell peppers and garlic into very thin slices, then chop the bacon.

    Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box.

    Heat a pan with the oil in it, high heat.

  4. 4

    Cook the peppers in the pan. As they start browning turn the heat down to medium and add bacon. When everything is cooked nicely add the garlic and continue cooking for a short while on medium heat.

    Now add the half and half to the pan, heat it and don't forget to stir. After about 2-3 minutes add the cream cheese and let it melt. Add dried basil and salt. Continue cooking for a short while.

    Add the sauce to the pasta, and spread it evenly. Serve.
