  6. 1 tbspolive oil or butter
  7. 4eggs
  8. 1grated cheese
  9. 1sea salt and pepper
  10. Salsa
  11. 2onions
  12. 2garlic cloves
  13. 4tomatoes
  14. 4 eachfresh cilantro and parsley
  15. 1 tspchili powder (or half a jalapeno/chili)
  16. 1/2 eachlime and lemon, juice
  17. 1sea salt and pepper
  18. Pancakes
  19. 1 cupdry pancake mix
  20. 1raspberries and mint leaves for garnish
  21. 800 gramsflour
  22. 113 gramssugar
  23. 40 mlbaking powder
  24. 20 mlbaking soda
  25. 10 mlsea salt
  26. 1chocolate chips and raspberries
  27. 480 mlbuttermilk powder (opt.)
  28. 1egg
  29. 30 mlolive oil
  30. 360 mlpancake mix (all ingr. before egg)
  31. 240 mlmilk/water
  32. Raspberry sauce
  33. 4eggs
  34. 3 tbspflour
  35. 113 gramssugar
  36. 475 mlraspberries and juice
  37. 1mint leaves and raspberries for garnish
  38. Extras
  39. 1yogurt
  40. 1sliced fruit
  41. 1smoothie

    Omelette: Fry all veggies in oil/butter; scramble eggs with milk/sea salt/pepper.; cook eggs with veggies; add cheese after done and let melt over top of eggs.

    Salsa: Chop all ingredients and mix in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Pancakes: mix all dry ingredients together except chocolate chips; this is the pancake mix; mix 360 ml pancake mix, and wet ingredients together, mix in chocolate chips and raspberries; cook pancakes

  4. 4

    Raspberry sauce: beat eggs; mix flour with water to create flour paste; fry eggs and flour paste together slightly, add sugar and juice and raspberries; cook over low heat and don't boil, stir and cook until thick.

    Others: Slice fruit such as apple or banana or orange or pear; add yogurt
