grease 81\2 inch springfov

combine crushed arrowroot bisciuts, 1/4 cup granulated sugar and melted butter and push into bottom of the springform pan. bake for 10 minutes and allow to cool.

beat cream cheese until creamy. add sugar and beat to incorporate. add cream, vanilla and flour and beat to combine. add egga and beat again.

pour into pan.
