Ground beef 2 pounds
Ground turkey 2 pounds
2 full eggs
1 egg yolk
Cilantro
Spices
Carrots fine chopped
Water chestnuts fine choped
Egg roll wraps 3 packages
oil
the egg white left over is for sealing the wrapsMix all the meat, eggs, cilantro, spices, carrots and water chestnuts together.
Roll small meatball and stetch it out on the wrap.
Fold wrap like an egg roll and seal end with egg white.Now I take a fork and perice the wrap 3 times before cooking, I find it cooks better that way and all the way though.
Cook in oil untill they float.
If you have a deep fryer it takes about 5-7 mins.
If you cook it in a deep pan it takes about 10-20 mins...
