  2. 1/2onion chopped
  3. 1 clovegarlic.minced.
  4. 1creole seasoning
  5. 1green beans and or corn
  6. 1 canstewed tomatoes
  7. 1 candiced tomatoes
  8. 2 cuprice

  1. 1

    slice sausages

  2. 2

    fry in frying pan til desired crisp.

  3. 3

    add both cans of tomatoes, green beans and or corn, garlic and seasoning into the pot

  4. 4

    simmer for approx 10 mins

  5. 5

    cook rice to go with it
