Marinate the fish with salt and lime juice. Set aside for 5 mins

Mix all the remaining ingredients in a bowl.

Wash the fish and arrange them on a plate.

Rub the previously prepared mixture onto the fish and let it rest for 5 mins

Just before serving, take the oil in a shallow non-stick pan and bring it to medium heat.

Shallow fry the fish for 5 mins on each side. Serve hot.
