make a foil boat for your fish

place salmon in foil and preheat broiler setting on oven or toaster oven

take three pats of butter and place on each fish
- 4
add your lemon slices or juice to taste. I recommend going heavier on the lemon juice as it is not as strong.

add your salt, pepper and rosemary to taste. If you can get it, a fresh sprig of rosemary per fish filet is perfect

close up your foil and broil! 8-10 min. its ok if its not fully cooked. salmon doesn't pose the same health hazards of other fish
