Ingredients

  1. 4Boneless skinless chicken breast
  2. 8 ozButton mushrooms
  3. 6 ozShitaki mushrooms
  4. 1/4 cupbutter
  5. 7 ozPackage Italian salad dressing mix
  6. 1 canholden mushroom soup
  7. 1/2 cupdry white wine
  8. 1rice or angel hair pasta
  9. 8 oztub cream cheese with chives & onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter in a saucepan and add Italian dressing packet

  2. 2

    Stir in soup, wine and cream cheese until it combines and melts

  3. 3

    Cut up mushrooms and place them on the bottom of the slow cooker

  4. 4

    Talking mushrooms with the chicken and pour the sauce on top. Close the cooker and cook on low for 5 hours

  5. 5

    Serve over rice or pasta
